Terms and Conditions of Service

• Mastercleaning.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or change the date or time of any pre book jobs due to resource allocation or any technical issues.
• A call out charges applies to all bookings, until the value of jobs/booking is more than the call out charges. Any cancellation, rebooking or customer being unable to attend the technician will apply additional charges.
• Dark edge scrubbing, paints spots, bleach spots, and red dye stains may require additional charges please confirm with our booking team.
• We are happy to move light furniture (furniture that a single technician can move easily) like chairs, single seated sofa, coffee tables, etc.
• Moving heavy furniture like beds, dressing table, china cabinets, heavy dining table, double/triple seats sofas, etc. Removing heavy furniture may involve an added charge.
• Special offers and promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Mastercleaning.co.uk have to add in additional charges in the following conditions below:
  • properties with restricted access and parking restrictions
  • properties which have multi-storey floor levels
• Prices charged at the time of booking are based on average room sizes. Larger room sizes may be subject to slightly increased costs, which will be agreed upon on-site by technician.
• All quoted prices are for domestic residential cleaning services only.
• The “Stairway” item within the carpet cleaning is subject to 13 to 15 steps. Stairs more than 15 steps will charged on the basis of number of steps multiply by price per step.
• Your personal information provided by you to book an appointment will be use under strict privacy control. We’ll keep that information safe and secure and only process it in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information that you provide under this agreement will be held by Mastercleaning.co.uk (who shall act according to the guide lines provided in Data Protection Act 1998).
• All prices supplied are subject to inspection on arrival by our technician.
• Stains cannot be guaranteed to be removed.
• Average drying time for carpet is 2-3 hours which depends on type and thickness of carpet fibre, your carpet may take 48 hours to dry.
  
• Mastercleaning.co.uk or Master Cleaning Ltd can not be held responsible for the following circumstances:
• Carpet Cleaning
  • Any pre-existing damage prior to cleaning including sun damage, colour fading as a result of heavy light, self cleaning with shampoo or with use of any chemical including bleach.
  • Stain protection treatment may temporarily change to the texture/feel of the fabric of your carpet. This is temporary condition that will go away after normal vacuuming.
• Leather Cleaning
  • Leather cleaning does not cover paints or pen marks. Any pre existing damage prior to cleaning including cut, heavy mark on leather.
  • There are many different kinds/qualities of leather on the market. Prices quoted during booking over the phone are based on standard leather only. On arrival additional charges may apply for non standard leather.
• Upholstery Cleaning
  • Upholstery cleaning does not cover paints or permanent pen marks.  Any pre existing damage prior to cleaning including fibre cuts, heavy marks on upholstery.
    
  • Average drying time for upholstery is up to 5 hours depending on fibre and thickness of upholstery. This may take up to 48 hours fully dry.
  • There may slight colour change of upholstery fibre which depends upon fibre quality of your upholstery. We don’t take any responsibly to colour fad after cleaning, please confirm with our technician before commencing any cleaning.
    
• Curtains Cleaning
  • Curtains cleaning do not cover paints or permanent marks. Any pre existing damage prior to cleaning including cut, heavy mark are not covered in cleaning process.
  • There may slight colour change of your curtains which depends upon fiber quality of your curtains. We don’t take any responsibly of colour fad after cleaning, please confirm with our technician before commencing any cleaning.
